Q1. Can we arrange 3rd party inspection?

A: of course, 3rd party inspection is welcome.




Q2. Can you do fumigation report?

A: We can apply for fumigation before exportation, but it’s not necessary. The whole cabinet is made of MDF. There’s no any solid wood included. 

Australia and New Zealand are also our key market, none of our clients there require fumigation report to pass the Customs. 

Please consult with your Customs. If it’s necessary, we could apply for it for you. It’s about $100 only. 




Q3. What if we get broken parts or missing parts?

A: We can offer 2% spare parts for hardware pack and glasses for free. If you need other spare parts, please let us know then we will quote for it.




Q4. Can we have a color sticker?

A: For order quantity over 300pcs per item, we offer A4 size color label for free. Please provide high-resolution artwork for printing. 

If you need bigger than A4 size, please advise the exact size so that we could have our printer quote for it. You can also print by yourself and we shall stick for you free of charge.
